By downloading data files from ViewDNS.info, you agree to these terms and conditions.

1. Use of this data is only for lawful purposes. Also under no circumstances will you use this data to:
   • allow, enable, or otherwise support any marketing activities, regardless of the medium used. Such media include but are not limited to e-mail, telephone, facsimile, postal mail, SMS, and wireless alerts; or
   • not distribute the data you obtained under this Agreement or any copy thereof to any other party without the express prior written consent of ViewDNS.info, except that you may redistribute the data insofar as it has been incorporated by you into a value-added product or service that does not permit the extraction of a substantial portion of the data from the value-added product or service, provided you prohibit the recipient of the data from using the data in a manner contrary to the point above.
   • take all reasonable steps to protect against unauthorized access to, use, and disclosure of the data you obtain under this Agreement.
2. We may revise these terms from time to time. Variations to these terms will apply to the use of data downloaded from this website from on or after the publication of the varied terms upon this website.
3. ViewDNS.info does not guarantee that these files are free from errors. All efforts have been made to ensure that the data contained within is error-free, however. Please email billing@viewdns.info if you have any concerns regarding this clause.
4. Payment for these files represents payment for the time taken to generate and compile these files and does not provide the purchaser with ownership or intellectual property rights to any of the data contained within.
5. Data purchased from ViewDNS.info is not to be resold in any form. Data is to be used for private / in-house use only and not re-sold.
